FAQ
What can I expect at my first session?
Taking care of our mental health is just as important as taking care of our physical health and during our first session together we will take the time to discuss your individual needs and any concerns you have regarding your mental health. We will also be happy to answer any questions you have about the care plan process. Depending on the complexity of what needs to be discussed, the session may last up to an hour. After evaluating your individual situation we will create a care plan and, if it's deemed necessary, we can help by providing a prescription that fits your specific needs in order to improve your mental wellbeing.
FAQ
How long until I see results?
Everyone responds differently to treatment, but it isn't uncommon for our patients to start feeling better right after the first session. Simply beginning treatment can be a great source of relief. Results with medications are more unpredictable and can vary according to individual body chemistry and metabolism. Regardless, we will be here providing support every step of the journey, until you're feeling better again.
